The Community Collective QLD (TCCQ) is a local Sunshine Coast based organisation.
We are a customer-focused organisation with a collaborative and passionate approach to providing a range of NDIS support services to improve the lives of those we are privileged to work with. We do this by offering services such as.
- Assisting with improving daily living
- Creating community and social activities
- Disability day programs and activities
- School leaver employment support
We believe every person has different experiences, aspirations and strengths. Such as school leavers who need additional guidance to break into the workplace to those who are looking to find a connection here on the Sunshine Coast by gaining new skills or being part of a wider network of people that can help change their path.
Our highly experienced and responsive team of NDIS support workers set out to engage in the community to empower our participants to become their own solution.
Where it all BEGAN
The Community Collective Qld was born from founders and directors, Brendon and Sarah, wishing to work with those needing additional support in a different way to other providers. Not just be a number but truly cater to each individual in a personalised approach. In a short time, their approach and passion to making this difference a reality as meant a consistently growing team who have a desire to bring the same values to each person they work with.
