SUNSHINE COAST EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENT AND COUNSELLING SERVICES THROUGH THE NDIS
The Community Collective Qld offer a range of services to help guide you towards a fulfilling career, including discovering your strengths, transferable skills, qualifications, and interests. It is ideal if you’re starting out in the employment field or heading in a new direction.
We also offer assistance with managing anxiety in the workplace, finding out what motivates you, and vocational assessment. Our services are tailored to the individual to achieve goals and sustainable employment options. During your program and after our initial consult, we offer a chance to select from various sessions, and we’ll take a ‘deeper dive’ with you to identify potential future employment/training/education options.
Our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible guidance and support to help you achieve your career aspirations. We work with participants through the NDIS School Leaver Supports and those with the code 10_011_0128_5_3: ‘Finding and keeping a job – Employment related assessment and counselling’.
We understand that everyone has different preferences for counselling services. That is why we offer face-to-face counselling services in our welcoming Sippy Downs location, or via telehealth (Zoom), in your home, or out in the community. Whatever your preference, we can work with you to ensure you receive the services that best suit your needs.
