SCHOOL LEAVER EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT
SUNSHINE COAST SCHOOL LEAVER EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT
The Community Collective QLD can provide you with assistance in the final years of school for up to 2 years through the NDIS School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) program.
We help young people prepare, look for and gain employment. Our support partners will work with you individually to provide meaningful activities that are in line with your personal goals, so that you can start working towards a career that motivates you.
Our team will help you progress towards a work placement and support you throughout, to ensure you build confidence and independence in your journey to gaining valuable lifelong skills.
